Booth Registration Form

Booth registration form will only be accepted via the above form. You will receive a confirmation email once your booth is registered. Please review booth instructions below.

  • Booth check in with a volunteer at the DSC Booth.
  • Deadline for RSVP for booth is October 1, 2025.
  • No charge for non-profit organizations, $100 table fee for non-501c3’s.
  • Booth set up begins 7:30 AM. You must set by 8:00 AM.
  • Booth breakdown happens once the walk is concluded and medals have been given to participants.
  • Table and chairs will be provided. 4 volunteers max per table
  • Parking is available on first come first serve.
  • Invite your clients, friends and family to the event.
  • We are here to support individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
