Booth Registration Form

Booth registration form will only be accepted via the above form. You will receive a confirmation email once your booth is registered. Please review booth instructions below.

  • Booth check in with a volunteer at the DSC Booth.
  • Deadline for RSVP for booth is October 1, 2025.
  • No charge for non-profit organization.
  • Vendors may bring items for display or give away, but no items can be sold without permission from DSC and EPCC.
  • Booth set up begins 7:30 AM. You must set by 8:30 AM.
  • Booth breakdown is at 12 PM, once the walk is concluded and medals have been given to participants.
  • Table and chairs will be provided.
  • Parking is available on first come first serve.
  • Invite your clients, friends and family to the event.
  • We are here to support individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
  • Thank you for your participation and let’s have a successful event for our community!
